Nativo (EID LLC) is a wholesale distributor serving retailers, distributors, and nonprofit organizations. Our website is designed for wholesale purchases only, with a minimum order requirement of $300. Prices listed on our website are wholesale only and are not visible to the general public.

Account Registration & Approval
- To access pricing and place orders, customers must create an account and submit a business license, tax ID, or nonprofit certification for verification.
- Accounts will be reviewed and approved within 1-2 business days.
- Nativo reserves the right to deny or revoke access to any business that does not meet our wholesale requirements.

Ordering & Payment Terms
- The minimum order amount is $300 per transaction.
- Orders can be placed via our website, email, or phone.
- Accepted payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover)
- ACH Transfers & Wire Transfers
- Checks (Orders will be processed after the check clears.)
- Purchase Orders (POs) (Available to approved accounts only. We offer 30-day and 60-day payment terms based on account history.)
- Orders will not be processed until full payment is received unless a credit term agreement is in place.

Pricing & Taxes
- All prices listed are wholesale prices and are subject to change without notice.
- Customers must provide a valid resale certificate to avoid being charged sales tax.
- Shipping costs are not included at checkout. The final invoice, including shipping costs, will be sent out with the order, and tracking information will be emailed.

Shipping, Pickup & Delivery
- We ship via FedEx, UPS, and freight carriers, depending on order size.
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During the Christmas holiday season, processing may take 2-5 business days.
- Local Pickup Available:
- Customers may pick up orders from our location.
- Advance notice (at least one business day) is required via email or phone.
- Orders will be prepared for pickup upon customer arrival.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

- Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees.
- Nativo can handle international shipping arrangements.

Returns & Claims
- Damaged or Defective Products: Must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.
- Incorrect or Missing Items: Contact us within 5 business days for resolution.
- Returns:
- All return requests must be approved in advance.
- Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.
