    Nativo (EID LLC) is a wholesale distributor serving retailers, distributors, and nonprofit organizations. Our website is designed for wholesale purchases only, with a minimum order requirement of $300. Prices listed on our website are wholesale only and are not visible to the general public.

  2. Account Registration & Approval

    • To access pricing and place orders, customers must create an account and submit a business license, tax ID, or nonprofit certification for verification.
    • Accounts will be reviewed and approved within 1-2 business days.
    • Nativo reserves the right to deny or revoke access to any business that does not meet our wholesale requirements.
  3. Ordering & Payment Terms

    • The minimum order amount is $300 per transaction.
    • Orders can be placed via our website, email, or phone.
    • Accepted payment methods:
      • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover)
      • ACH Transfers & Wire Transfers
    • Checks (Orders will be processed after the check clears.)
    • Purchase Orders (POs) (Available to approved accounts only. We offer 30-day and 60-day payment terms based on account history.)
    • Orders will not be processed until full payment is received unless a credit term agreement is in place.
  4. Pricing & Taxes

    • Customers must provide a valid resale certificate to avoid being charged sales tax.
    • Shipping costs are not included at checkout. The final invoice, including shipping costs, will be sent out with the order, and tracking information will be emailed.
  5. Shipping, Pickup & Delivery

    • We ship via FedEx, UPS, and freight carriers, depending on order size.
    • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During the Christmas holiday season, processing may take 2-5 business days.
    • Local Pickup Available:
    • Customers may pick up orders from our location.
    • Advance notice (at least one business day) is required via email or phone.
    • Orders will be prepared for pickup upon customer arrival.
    • Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
    • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

    • Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees.
    • Nativo can handle international shipping arrangements.
  7. Returns & Claims

    • Damaged or Defective Products: Must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.
    • Incorrect or Missing Items: Contact us within 5 business days for resolution.
    • Returns:
      • All return requests must be approved in advance.
      • Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
      • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.
